The hotel offers spacious rooms with great views, comfortable beds, and large windows in most rooms, making for a cozy stay. Service is excellent, particularly thanks to the thoughtful touch of sweet chocolates from the manager. Its awesome location allows for easy access to main tourist attractions such as Southbank, Art galleries, and the convention centre, making it a top choice for exploring the area. While the dining experience may lack variety, the traditional local cakes bring a taste of the region. Overall, a fantastic place to stay with a few minor dining considerations.
The hotel offers lovely views from most rooms, with a stunning view from the ensuite bedroom. Unfortunately, the 3rd bedroom lacks the same impressive view. The service, especially from the manager with the sweet chocolates, was excellent. The location is very convenient, with only a short walk to many tourist attractions. It's close to everything, but there is some noise from a nearby train line. The dining experience includes complimentary bread. Overall, a great place to stay on Southbank.
The hotel is ideally located close to all the South Bank attractions and offers easy parking access. The rooms are spacious and modern with fantastic views on high levels. The service, especially from the manager with sweet chocolates, was top-notch. The dining experience with seriously yummy Pork Belly was delightful.
